Customs, VAT and import duty
FemiCore's shipping policy warns that international deliveries can be delayed by customs. What the policy does not cover is tax: depending on your country and the order value, you may be asked to pay import VAT, GST or a carrier handling fee before the parcel is released.
- United Kingdom: goods from outside the UK can attract import VAT, and a courier handling fee is common.
