CLKBANK*FemiCore or BuyGoods Charge on Your Card: What It Is and What to Do

A charge reading "CLKBANK" followed by letters and numbers, or a charge from "BuyGoods", is how a FemiCore order appears on your card statement.* FemiCore does not bill customers under its own name. The payment is taken by a retailer, either ClickBank or BuyGoods depending on which official order page was used. If you or someone in your household ordered FemiCore, this is that purchase. If nobody did, follow the steps below to look the charge up and dispute it.
Why the charge does not say "FemiCore"
Direct-to-consumer supplements are usually sold through a retail platform that handles checkout, card processing, receipts and order records for the vendor. FemiCore uses two:
| Order page used | Retailer | How it appears on your statement |
|---|---|---|
| femicore.com | ClickBank | CLKBANK* plus a code or product reference |
| The order page reached through most review sites, including this one | BuyGoods | BuyGoods (sometimes with a product or order reference) |
Both are long-established US retailers for health products, and both send an order confirmation email the moment you pay. That email names the retailer and contains your order number.
Step 1: Confirm it is your order
- Search your inbox (and spam folder) for "ClickBank", "CLKBANK" or "BuyGoods" around the date of the charge.
- Check the amount. FemiCore's packages cost $158 plus $9.99 shipping for two bottles, $207 for three and $294 for six. International orders add $15.95 shipping.
- Ask at home. These charges are very often a spouse's or parent's order.
Step 2: Look the order up
- ClickBank: go to clkbank.com, choose "Look up your order" and enter the order number, or the email address and last four card digits. ClickBank customer support can also be reached on 1-800-390-6035.
- BuyGoods: go to buygoods.com/orderlookup and enter the email address used at checkout.
The lookup shows what was bought, when, and the delivery status.
Step 3: Decide what you want to do
Keep the order. Nothing to do. You will receive a tracking email within about 60 hours; US delivery takes 5–7 working days.
Cancel before it ships. Orders ship the next business day, so act immediately through the retailer's order lookup.
Return it for a refund. FemiCore's guarantee runs for 60 days from the delivery date. Email the support address printed on the bottle with the subject "Refund Request", then post all the bottles and the packing slip to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278. Return postage is at your cost, and the refund reaches your statement 5–10 days after the package is received. Full steps are on our contact and refunds page.
You did not order it. If nobody in your household placed the order and the lookup finds nothing under your email, contact the retailer first and then your card issuer to dispute the charge.
Am I being charged every month?
No. FemiCore is sold as a one-time purchase with no subscription or auto-ship. The official FAQ states that the price on the checkout page is the only price you pay. If you see repeated charges, check whether more than one order was placed (for example an "upsell" accepted after checkout), then contact the retailer. A recurring charge with no matching orders should be disputed with your bank.
Is it safe to have paid through ClickBank or BuyGoods?
Yes. Your card details are entered on the retailer's encrypted checkout, not on a form run by an individual seller, and the retailer keeps the order record. That is also why you have a second route for help if a vendor is slow to answer email.
Charges that are not genuine FemiCore orders
A charge from Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace or an unfamiliar web shop for "FemiCore" is a purchase of a different or counterfeit product. Those are not covered by the 60-day guarantee. See FemiCore on Amazon and where to buy FemiCore.
FAQ
What does CLKBANK*COM mean on my bank statement?
It is ClickBank's billing descriptor. The text after the asterisk identifies the purchase.
Can I get a refund through ClickBank or BuyGoods directly?
Start with FemiCore's support email, because the published refund procedure requires returning the bottles to the vendor. The retailer's order lookup is the place to confirm order details and raise a dispute if you get no reply.
Is CLKBANK a scam?
No. ClickBank is a retailer that has operated since 1998. An unrecognised charge is almost always a forgotten or family purchase. More background in FemiCore reviews and complaints.
